The next day she didn't have to work, it was a good time to go and fish. She went down to the harbor, and took out her mother's bait. It seemed to have this instant luck of catching fish every time. In the background the samurai watched her, he was amazed, her movement with the fishing rod when she casted it out, was smooth and clear. He had a vision of her able to cut through anything; her still with over hand movement was flawless. The samurai approached her and gave her an offer. He said he could help catch fish and train her in the arts of the samurai. He was a bodyguard of a rich family that paid him well; he said she could get enough money to bail her father out. Agreeing on the spot, she trained with him for the next five years.
At age 19, she was ready to help her sensei, guard the rich family and got enough money to bail her father out. Her father now old and skinny was ill. Her sensei, offered some money to help her pay for some herbs. She then went back to training, her father was proud of her, saying she was just like her mother. Now mastering her skills with an over hand attack has proved deadly, she was able to break through her master's sword, cutting it in half. She never asked for her sensei's name, but he left them, un sure as to where he went, Aiko continued training. Aiko, now age nine-teen, was still confidante about her skills, even though she has not finished her training, she will train on her journey. Hoping to find what happened to her mother.
RP Sample: [red]Aiko walked down the dirt road leading to a small village, it was placed near the ocean, she could see small black figures moving through out the village, she was tired, she has been traveling for days now. She hoped on getting directions to the next town, she was lost. She stood there standing on the cliff over looking the village down below. A breeze of the ocean air hit her face, it was cool to the touch, and she smiled remembering the days she was on her fathers boat, out in the open seas. She then sighed and turned away from the view. She walked back down leading to the village.
People in the village turned and looked at her, for they rarely had any visitors. She stopped and waved at them, then continued to walk toward what looked like to her a small inn or a least a place where she could get information. She stepped inside.
"Hello? Anyone here?" she said softly
"Hai!" said a voice in the back, "Be out in a minute"
A man walked out carrying a large set of what seemed to be old scrolls; he set them down and looked at her. He then took a step back. He looked at her up and down. She then blinked, her face went into a sour look, and she placed her hands on her hips, staring at the man.
"Hey! What are you looking at!?" she yelled angrily.
"Sorry, I was just amazed by how wonderful it is to have a customer. I haven't had one in years. Anyway, how can I help you?" he replied leaning on the table.
"I am lost, I am trying to head to the Shikoku Territory. Do you know where it is?" she asked holding up a map.
The man nodded and pointed at a large road on the map. His fingered moved up to the North near the border of the Shikoku, he then smiled at her. She bowed before him thanking him for his help, on her way out, she bought a book form him, and it was a book on the each of the territories lands. She smiled as she read, learning how to get from country to country.[/red]
