Kiharu turned her pure white head of hair and nearly scowled when her hair went straight behind her, because of the wind. Smiling regally as she walked down the roads of her city, Kiharu silently took in the condition her city was in, checking to see if there were any ghettos or small children running around without parents. Seeing none of this, Kiharu was satisfied with this section of the city.
Turning on her heels, Kiharu strode away from the guards surrounding her and looked for someone that may have more internal knowledge of the area than what was on the surface.

Kaemon was sitting up against the side of a building playing his sitar. It was the same sad melody he played a thousand times before. He saw someone out of the corner of his eye but he kept on playing. A moment later he stopped and put his sitar down. "How could I not have known who that was??" He thought to himself.
"My apologies, Shogun. Had I realized it was you I would have stopped playing immediately," he said after he bowed as low as he could. "If there is anything I can do to serve you please, let me know."
